To rent or not to rent – that is the eternal question for all us
house-hunters living away from our home. Although we are tempted by the
total independence that we’ll get to enjoy, the huge amounts of deposits
and rents that we have to shell out of our pockets for aforesaid
independence puts a bit of a damper on the high spirits. What are the
